Warriors Play is an immersive indoor play space designed for children ages 6 months to 8 years old, where imagination, movement, and adventure come together.

Inside Warriors Play, kids step into a vibrant mini‑world filled with pretend‑play experiences. Each space is thoughtfully designed to encourage creativity, storytelling, problem‑solving, and social skills through play.

When kids are ready to get moving, Warriors Play also features active play to help burn off energy in a safe, engaging environment.

For our youngest visitors, the Littles Area offers a calm, cozy space exclusively for children under 4, with soft play, sensory elements, and age‑appropriate toys so little ones can explore freely and safely.

Visiting Warriors Play is simple and flexible.

• All participants must have a signed waiver on file before entering.

• Each visit includes a 2‑hour play session.

• You can arrive any time during the 2 hour session.

• You can leave anytime during the 2 hour session

• There is a mandatory 30 minutue break between play sessions.

• Parents or caregivers remain on‑site and supervise their children during play.

• Families can visit Warriors Play through several membership options or drop‑in subject to availablility.

What should we expect during a visit?

• During a session, children are free to explore all play areas at their own pace. Play including imaginative play spaces, the indoor playground, the Diggers Den gravel pit, and age‑appropriate zones.

• Play is unstructured, allowing kids to imagine, explore, and play their own way

• Children are asked to pick up what they are playing with before moving on to a new activity.

• Staff are present to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment

• Some play areas are restricted by age. Allowances can be made. Please see the front desk for questions.

• Some play areas require no shoes to be worn by children and parents.

We all PLAY by the Rules.

Some behaviors will not be tolerated. We expect all visitors, children and adults to abide by the following guidelines:

• Be kind. No bullying, name calling or unkind behavior

• Clean up before moving on

• Keep all toys in their play areas

• No throwing toys or roughhousing

• Aggressive and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated

• Violators will be asked to leave immediately

• Hand‑washing is highly encouraged before and after play, snacks, and restroom use

Health Considerations

• We kindly ask that children who are feeling unwell wait until they are feeling better before visiting

Our play experience is designed for children 6 months to 8 years old. It’s perfect for the developmental stages at those ages.

If you have a 9, 10 or 11 year old that you feel would also play well they are more than welcome. However, we have found they do not have the same amazing experience.

Warriors Play wants to provide EVERY child with an amazing play experience EVERY time they come in.

Mandatory breaks give us an opportunity to clean the facility and reset the pay areas. This ensures every play session is a brand new experience.

• Memberships offer the best value and flexibility and the exlusive perk of reserving play sessions online ahead of time.

• Memberships are valid for one child only and may not be shared, transferred, or used by multiple children.

• Additional and family memberships are valid only for individuals living within the same household.
  Memberships may not be shared with family members or friends who do not reside at the same address.

• Memberships are recurring and will automatically renew unless canceled in writing.

• A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel a membership.

• Limited Visits are valid only within the current calendar month

• Unused visits, play sessions, and passes do not roll over and expire at month‑end. They have no cash value.

• Bring a friend play passes can be used for friends that do not have memberships.

• Payments are automatic monthly billing

• Billing occurs on the 1st of each month

Warriors Play memberships renew monthly and remain active until canceled.

To cancel a membership, families must provide 30 days’ notice.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by completing the digital cancellation form, which will be emailed upon request. Contact Warriors Play via phone or email to request and submit your cancellation form.

Memberships will remain active during the 30‑day notice period.

If a billing occurs within the notice period, the final payment will be adjusted (prorated) to reflect the remaining days of membership.
Refunds are not issued. Any adjustment will be applied to the final bill.

• Birthday parties are scheduled in advance up to 6 months before the party date.

• Parties must be booked and paid for 7 days prior to the party date. We CAN NOT guarantee our ability to accommodate additions or changes made within 7 days of the party. We will do our best to make sure you have a great experience.

• Parties include access to the play space during a reserved time

• The birthday child and guests enjoy the same immersive play experience in a celebratory setting

• Party packages include the items and time listed at booking. Information about package specifics is available on the birthday party page.

• Additional guests or add-ons will incur extra fees.

• Guest counts must be confirmed in advance. Extra guests beyond the package limit cannot be accommodated.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

General

• Party fees are non-refundable, including unused time or no-shows.

• Warriors Play is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Warriors Play reserves the right to update party policies and pricing at any time.

• A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your party date and time. The retainer is applied toward the total party balance.

• The remaining balance is due seven days prior to event date.

• Party reservations are date- and time-specific and subject to availability.

• Up to 30 days prior to the event deposits are transferable and can be applied to a different date with approval.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Parties may be rescheduled with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice will forfeit the ability to reschedule or transfer.

• No-shows will result in loss of retainer and party fees incurred by Warriors Play to host the party.

Party Illness/Family Emergency Accommodation

• In the event of a documented contagious illness (such as strep throat) or family emergency on the day of the party, Warriors Play may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule within 30 days, subject to availability.

• The $100 retainer remains non-refundable, but may be applied to the rescheduled date as a courtesy.

• Documentation (such as a doctor’s note or positive test result) may be requested.

Food & Decorations

• Outside food and cake may be allowed unless otherwise noted.

• Decorations must be free-standing. No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives may be used on walls or equipment. Upon request Warriors Play will install temporary hooks for decor. There is a fee of $1 per hook.

• Confetti, glitter, slime, or similar materials are not permitted.

Safety & Conduct

• All children must have a signed waiver on file prior to participating.

• Warriors Play reserves the right to end a party early for unsafe behavior or failure to follow facility rules without refund.

• The host is responsible for any damage caused by their guests.
