Birthday Parties

General

  • Party fees are non-refundable, including unused time or no-shows.

  • Warriors Play is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Warriors Play reserves the right to update party policies and pricing at any time.

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. The deposit is applied toward the total party balance.

  • The remaining balance is due seven days prior to event date.

  • Party reservations are date- and time-specific and subject to availability.

  • Up to 30 days prior to the event deposits are transferable and can be applied to a different date with approval.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Parties may be rescheduled with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice will forfeit the ability to reschedule or transfer.

  • No-shows will result in loss of deposit and party fees incurred by Warriors Play to host the party.

Party Illness/Family Emergency Accommodation

  • In the event of a documented contagious illness (such as strep throat) or family emergency on the day of the party, Warriors Play may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule within 30 days, subject to availability.

  • The $100 deposit remains non-refundable, but may be applied to the rescheduled date as a courtesy.

  • Documentation (such as a doctor’s note or positive test result) may be requested.

Party Details

  • Party packages include the items and time listed at booking. Additional guests or add-ons will incur extra fees.

  • Guest counts must be confirmed in advance. Extra guests beyond the package limit cannot be accommodated.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Food & Decorations

  • Outside food and cake may be allowed unless otherwise noted.

  • Decorations must be free-standing. No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives may be used on walls or equipment. Upon request Warriors Play will install temporary hooks for decor. There is a fee of $1 per hook.

  • Confetti, glitter, slime, or similar materials are not permitted.

Safety & Conduct

  • All children must have a signed waiver on file prior to participating.

  • Warriors Play reserves the right to end a party early for unsafe behavior or failure to follow facility rules without refund.

  • The host is responsible for any damage caused by their guests.

Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Memberships are valid for one child only and may not be shared, transferred, or used by multiple children.

  • Memberships are recurring and will automatically renew unless canceled in writing.

  • A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel a membership.

  • Monthly visits, play sessions, or passes do not roll over to future months and have no cash value.

  • Memberships are non-refundable, including unused visits or partial months.

  • Membership benefits apply during regular open play hours only and do not include special events, camps, or birthday parties unless otherwise stated.

  • Memberships may be suspended or revoked for misuse, violation of facility rules, or unsafe behavior.

  • Warriors Play reserves the right to update pricing, hours, benefits, or policies with prior notice.

  • Proof of membership may be required at check-in.
